Meet Paige S. Jackson, Ph.D.

Paige S. Jackson, Ph.D., is a student-centered leadership practitioner and organizational consultant with more than 15 years of experience across higher education and mission-driven organizations.

Her work focuses on supporting students, developing ethical leaders, and strengthening the systems that shape learning, accountability, and belonging.

Paige earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from North Carolina A&T State University, where her research explored leadership, identity, and organizational dynamics. Throughout her career, she has worked across residence life, student conduct, student support and crisis response, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and fundraising in annual giving—giving her a deep understanding of how institutions function and how students experience them.
